At Breathe Salt Room, we’ve brought a beach experience in St. George, Utah. Opening in October 2019 we launched Washington County’s first dry salt therapy center, also known as halotherapy. Halotherapy is a fast-growing holistic approach that mimics the microclimate of a salt cave.

Halotherapy
A holistic approach that provides the same therapeutic conditions found in salt caves.
Heated Salt Bed
A layer of Himalayan salt covers the jade and tourmaline mat that heats up to 158 degrees. Combing the heat with the gemstone technology produces negative ion therapy.
Foot Zone
A bodywork session that takes a whole person approach – balancing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies at the same time.
Light Therapy
LumiCeuticals light therapy supports cellular performance from skin to brain to bone.
History of Halotherapy
Doctors in Eastern Europe prescribed visits to the salt mines, for relief of respiratory aliments. A salt room replicates the natural microclimate found in the salt caves in Eastern Europe. Now you can come to Breathe Salt Room for the benefits of salt therapy, where the effective and safe benefits of natural salt caves are faithfully replicated.
Our facility offers two halotherapy treatment rooms.
A third room hosts a soothing heated salt bed.
Salty Zen Yoga
Yoga classes at Breathe Salt Room are accompanied by sounds of crystal singing bowls. These bowls are intentionally aligned to frequencies of our seven major chakras. Being in a room with these sounds is believed to clear blockages, balance our body’s energy field, and rejuvenate mind, body, spirit.

My husband and I have found the perfect place to relax and feel revitalized. We both had some issues that we hoped the Halotherapy would help. My husbands bronchitis had him wheezing and coughing. I’ve had allergies that are difficult to manage with a couple of prescriptions. After our first 40 minute session in the salt room we felt some relief of our symptoms. The relief was significant for both after a couple more sessions. Opened up our airways and we felt revived. Energized for the rest of the day. My husbands wheezing is now gone, cough is gone and he doesn’t snore any more. My allergies are getting better. No longer taking as much medication. This is a healthy addiction. I highly recommend giving it a try. Angie is the best!!

Breathe is a natural healing miracle! I am so excited that the owners Rick and Angie have brought this to our community. I have only been a few times so far, and have noticed significant improvement with sinus and inner ear issues I have been dealing with for a couple years. I spent a lot of money on traditional doctors and ear, nose, throat specialists with NO results. I am so excited to find this amazing and relaxing treatment!

I love this place! I am new to the area and was hopping to find a place like this . it was my first time here and I can honestly say from the moment I walked it I never wanted to leave lol. If I could I would spend every waking moment in that peaceful place. I am looking forward to going back there as soon as I can. Loved my experience at Breathe, this place is amazing and I felt so good after I left, I could breathe better and I felt better! I was so relaxed while I was there, breathing in the salt was incredible, I could feel my sinuses clear within minutes. The salt bed was so warm & comfortable! I loved everything about this place!!! Definitely going back often!

I have never been more impressed. The owner took such personal time with me.to find out about my personal needs. She then continued to take the best care of me sending me home with free salts for the bath, free knowledge/support of how to make a daily tonic, going above and beyond in every way she could to integrate healing practises that helped so much with my excema and overall relaxation! I cant thank all the staff at Breathe enough for being so dedicated to true kindness and awesome, improved health!

I have visited the Breathe of St.George multiple times now and they have an amazing atmosphere, peaceful and refreshing. The quality of salt treatments is first class, as well as the light treatments!! Have another natural healing option in Washington County is a true blessing!!

I just had the most incredible experience at BREATHE Salt Room in St. George. I came for a sound bath with Valli, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The moment I stepped into the space, I felt a sense of calm and intention. Valli's presence is grounding, warm, and welcoming — she guided the session with such grace and authenticity. I had never been to a salt room, but decided to go with my wife and 5 kids, and Angie was gracious enough to accommodate all of us, amazing! I actually had like an hour nap in the salt room, and my kids loved the children's salt playroom, the floor is made of rock salt they can play in! I highly recommend this place to relax and rejuvenate.
