At Breathe Salt Room, we’ve brought a beach experience in St. George, Utah. Opening in October 2019 we launched Washington County’s first dry salt therapy center, also known as halotherapy. Halotherapy is a fast-growing holistic approach that mimics the microclimate of a salt cave.

Halotherapy
A holistic approach that provides the same therapeutic conditions found in salt caves.
Heated Salt Bed
A layer of Himalayan salt covers the jade and tourmaline mat that heats up to 158 degrees. Combing the heat with the gemstone technology produces negative ion therapy.
Foot Zone
A bodywork session that takes a whole person approach – balancing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies at the same time.
Light Therapy
LumiCeuticals light therapy supports cellular performance from skin to brain to bone.
History of Halotherapy
Doctors in Eastern Europe prescribed visits to the salt mines, for relief of respiratory aliments. A salt room replicates the natural microclimate found in the salt caves in Eastern Europe. Now you can come to Breathe Salt Room for the benefits of salt therapy, where the effective and safe benefits of natural salt caves are faithfully replicated.
Our facility offers two halotherapy treatment rooms.
A third room hosts a soothing heated salt bed.
Salty Zen Yoga
Yoga classes at Breathe Salt Room are accompanied by sounds of crystal singing bowls. These bowls are intentionally aligned to frequencies of our seven major chakras. Being in a room with these sounds is believed to clear blockages, balance our body’s energy field, and rejuvenate mind, body, spirit.

Second time using the products.Had a great visit and was able to be there for the ribbon cutting then trying the Salt Bed, it was a great session and worth more than what was expected.

We had a wonderful experience at BREATHE Salt Room today. I don't remember the names of the different rooms, but we went in the one with the salt on the floor. It was peaceful and relaxing. There were 4 of us and we fit comfortably in the room. We were promptly greeted when we arrived. We all felt much better after relaxing in the Salt room than we did before. We will absolutely be back, I highly recommend BREATHE Salt Room!

WONDERFUL !!! My son and I shared this healing experience together and it was amazing how we felt .... the entire rest of our day we could feel the difference.. I have a problem with my esophagus and pain with each breath but for the entire evening I could breath without pain !!! The owners are very knowledgeable and very kind people ... Loved the experience... I recommend that anybody that has health issues to please try this ..

What a wonderful place to relax!! We had a few couples who went together and enjoyed our time. The environment is fabulous in a quaint home in downtown St. George. Our room was quiet with excellent music to breathe and rejuvenate. The salt wall is amazing especially with the various colors. I recommend it highly for all who want to take a break from the world's hectic pace.

Breathe is a natural healing miracle! I am so excited that the owners Rick and Angie have brought this to our community. I have only been a few times so far, and have noticed significant improvement with sinus and inner ear issues I have been dealing with for a couple years. From the kindness of the staff to the cleanliness of the entire building, my experiences at Breathe continue to exceed my expectations and are the reason why I will return for years to come. The pricing is affordable for the hourly salt experience and the memberships are an absolute steal. Breathe has managed to avoid inflation. Whether you are simply looking for a relaxed evening or are feeling under the weather, Breathe is a great place to spend a day here in the heart of southern Utah.
