Our Services

Halotherapy

A holistic approach that provides the same therapeutic conditions found in salt caves.

Heated Salt Bed

A layer of Himalayan salt covers the jade and tourmaline mat that heats up to 158 degrees. Combing the heat with the gemstone technology produces negative ion therapy.

Foot Zone

A bodywork session that takes a whole person approach – balancing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies at the same time.

Light Therapy

LumiCeuticals light therapy supports cellular performance from skin to brain to bone.

History of Halotherapy

Doctors in Eastern Europe prescribed visits to the salt mines, for relief of respiratory aliments. A salt room replicates the natural microclimate found in the salt caves in Eastern Europe. Now you can come to Breathe Salt Room for the benefits of salt therapy, where the effective and safe benefits of natural salt caves are faithfully replicated.

Our facility offers two halotherapy treatment rooms.

A third room hosts a soothing heated salt bed.

Salty Zen Yoga

Yoga classes at Breathe Salt Room are accompanied by sounds of crystal singing bowls. These bowls are intentionally aligned to frequencies of our seven major chakras. Being in a room with these sounds is believed to clear blockages, balance our body’s energy field, and rejuvenate mind, body, spirit.

  • I have chronic inflammation in my lungs and the salt room has helped to improve my breathing and minimize my cough. If environmental circumstances make my condition worse, I just go the the salt room several days in a row and my breathing improves. BREATHE of St. George is now part of my ongoing health maintenance. I love this place.

  • We had a wonderful experience at BREATHE Salt Room today. I don't remember the names of the different rooms, but we went in the one with the salt on the floor. It was peaceful and relaxing. There were 4 of us and we fit comfortably in the room. We were promptly greeted when we arrived. We all felt much better after relaxing in the Salt room than we did before. We will absolutely be back, I highly recommend BREATHE Salt Room!

  • I've been exercising faithfully for many years. I would say I am very dedicated to good health through exercising and eating right. So, when I decided to take a class at Breathe of St. George that incorporates Halotherapy into an exercise routine, I was very pleasantly surprised that combining these two health practices greatly improved my exercise experience. Breathe of St. George is a beautiful place with a very personal, home-like atmosphere where you can go to experience many breathing and exercise regimens. The Halotherapy or Salt breathing, really added to the exercise routine I was being taught. My lungs felt clear, I had more energy and my bronchial pathway was opened up. Since the salty air is filled with so many beneficial negative ions, I could breathe better with the salt therapy than when I go to a normal gym and workout. I felt better afterwards and can see why Halotherapy can help people who have respiratory issues or even just the average healthy person add more to their exercise experience. The classes at Breathe are a great asset and Breathe offers many options for class times to suit your needs. The instructors are calm and soothing as they guide you through exercise routines that are both beneficial to your mental clarity and your physical and emotional improvement. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you want to feel great and benefit from a healthy lifestyle. It’s like exercising on the beach, but being in St. George.

  • I was very skeptical of halotherapy but I was using my albuterol inhaler several times a day and still struggling so I was open to trying anything. A day after my first session I finally slept without waking up at night struggling to breathe. With that obvious improvement I signed up for a month and did 2-3 sessions a week. After two weeks I wasn’t using my inhaler anymore and after four weeks my lungs were open and completely clear again! That was about six months ago and I’m still breathing great!
